Anti-back staining polyester polymer PR-95 for demin washing

Introduction

PR-95 is a special non-ionic hydrophilic polymer surface active resin, super continuous excellent anti back

staining effect in demin washing. Because of its special macromolecular structure, it has the function of

complexing dye molecules and high dispersion of surfactant, it can ensure the high efficiency of anti back

staining effect in application.

Appearance: light yellow powder

Solid content/%: About 100%

Composition nonionic, can go together with enzyme

pH value（1%water solution）:  7.0±0.5

Solubility: Soluable in water

Dissolution method:

1.Raise the temperature of aqueous solution above 70 ℃;

2.Slowly put PR-95 into the aqueous solution, and add it while stirring;

3. Keep stirring until it is completely dissolved.

Performance:

1. Long-lasting anti staining ability , it has a continuous anti back staining effect within 60 minutes;

2. It will not affect the washing effect when mixing with enzyme, and the enzyme’s activity will be increased by

around 10%;

3. It can enhance the 3D sense for the fabric, the visual effect is obviously better than other products after

washing;

4. Has a wide range temperature in application and super anti back staining effect in high temp condition;

5. Acid and alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, good stability;

6. Not contain APEO , easily biodegraded.

Desizing, enzyme washing and rinsing

Pack and storage:

PR-95 is delivered in 25kg Woven bag.Store it in a cool and dry place where is under 25 ℃, avoid the direct

sunlight. The shelf life is 12 months under sealed condition.
