The main components in the D-xylose and L-arabinose Syrup are D-xylose, L-arabinose and glucose etc. All of these are 5-carbo sugar; therefore, D-xylose and L-arabinose Syrup can be used in Maillard Reaction together with the Amino acid successfully.
