Advantages: price just 30% - 40% of top quality Optical Fiber Mechanical Splice like 3M, Fujikura,  Corning, etc.

Disadvantages: Insertion loss (IL) ≤ 0.15dB, a little higher than top quality, whose insertion loss (IL) ≤ 0.10dB, but still lower than 0.20dB ~ 0.30dB of many other suppliers
