1. Quality requirements for raw materials

1.2 Whether the fabric is knitted or combed, the fabric shall be flat, no drawing, no nodules, and the color fastness shall reach the standard.

1.3 The lining cloth and webbing are rubbing with white cotton cloth for 60 times, without fading, desizing or bleaching phenomenon. The appearance of lining cloth has no drawing, no turning, no yarn, no jumping yarn, no hook wire, no roving, no color difference, no big belly yarn, no stain, no hole, no warp breaking, no crease and no wrinkle phenomenon.

1.4 The zipper should be rubbed with white cotton cloth for 100 times without fading or bleaching. 2. Production process quality requirements

2.1 Quality requirements for LOGO printing, embossing, watermarking and embroidery

2.1.1 The company's standard size LOGO shall be used uniformly. The embossing and pattern shall be clear and ambiguous, and the adhesion of fonts shall not be accepted.

2.1.2 Wrong font (English) or wrong position is not acceptable.

2.1.3 Different embossing depth, fading color and wrong color are not acceptable.

3.1 Oil edge quality requirements:

3.1.1 All parts that need oil edges must be oil for more than three times. If it is not smooth after one polishing, it must be polished.

3.1.2 Oil edge margin shall not exceed 1mm. The oil edge of the same part shall not have color difference, and the color mixing must be the same.

3.1.3 The edge oil should not cross the surface, bead and mark, and scratch the hand. It should be full and smooth.

3.2 Table top process quality requirements:

3.2.1 Fold the edges to hold the four edges, and brush the glue for all 5 points. Glue particles are not acceptable for the fitted cut pieces. Glue can not be wiped too wide, over the surface, granulation, wrinkled leather to be ironed smooth before production.

3.2.2 The zipper window must be rectangular in shape, with a height of 12mm and an Angle of 90 degrees. Broken Angle is not acceptable. Hem to smooth solid straight, can not empty edge, bending, chain window can not rot, Angle can not burst Angle, play Angle to round.

3.2.5 The bottom and side circumference should be aligned with the body surface, and the difference of 0.25/8 is acceptable for the inner line.

3.2.6 Wrong use of zipper head, the zipper head is not covered with glue, the wrong use of zipper cloth is not acceptable, the opening of zipper trunk is too large, the zipper brand is easy to pull out and not acceptable, the color of zipper cloth is not consistent with PU material, the zipper is too tight to pull or easy to burst open is not acceptable.

3.2.7 Reverse or wrinkling on arm is not acceptable.

3.2.8 The color of the pinhole should be consistent with the color of the leather material. It is not allowed to be seeped on the large body surface, the color is gold or the seal is not acceptable.

3.2.9 The edging oil is too thick or too thin, the edging should be uniform and smooth, and should not be applied to the surface of the skin. It is not acceptable for the edging oil to crack, crack or drop after slight pulling.

3.2.10 When wrapping the shell at the bottom, the four foot positions of the bag shall be in a throw position, and all of them shall be folded to keep the Angle position and the overall surface smooth and smooth.

3.3 Technical quality requirements for parking Spaces:

3.3.6 If there are lifting bags around the side, the bag leakage is not acceptable. The bag leakage is not acceptable at the connection between the bottom and side.

3.3.7 Binding edges shall be solid, empty edges shall not be accepted, binding edges shall be even, different width and width shall not be accepted, grain binding edges shall not be accepted, and binding edges shall not be reversed. Inner wrapping edge is not accepted according to the company's requirements.

3.3.8 The wrapped bone should be round. If the wrapped bone is too thin, it will not be accepted if it is not round. The wrapped bone should be close, and the gap should not exceed 0.5/8. The INTERCONNECTIONS SHOULD BE ALIGNED, NOT ALIGNED, BALANCED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ENVELOPE, HIGH ON ONE SIDE AND LOW ON THE OTHER SIDE, UNIFORM, SYMMETRICAL AND OBVIOUSLY DIFFERENT ON THE ENVELOPE, NOT ACCEPTABLE.

3.3.13 surface line can not be heavy needle too long, bottom line can not have jumper, bead, loose line and disorderly line phenomenon. 0.75 stop, the bag should be loaded with the mark, the four corners of the buried bag should be symmetric, not skew, the force part should be reinforced firmly, the zipper should be straight, no waves.
