1. What is the direct luminescence method?
Direct chemiluminescence reagents can generate luminescence without the catalysis of enzymes in the process of luminescence immunoassay, because the chemical structural formula of acridinium ester has a group that can generate luminescence, which can be used for antigen-antibody labeling. Acridine esters are representative direct luminescent reagents.
2. Lighting principle
When the acridine ester is directly labeled with the antibody, it will be immune to the antibody sample. At this time, only the oxidant (H202) and NaOH are added to create an alkaline environment, and the luminescence reaction will occur. Record the photon energy generated per unit time, the integral of this part of the light is proportional to the amount of the antigen to be tested, and the content of the antigen to be tested can be calculated from the standard curve.
3. Advantages of direct luminescence method
