The long arm of the excavator is made of Q355B steel with good strength and rigidity. The shaft sleeve of the lengthened arm is generally made of 45 # steel, with 40Cr bushing inside, together with the lubricating effect of butter, it reduces the shear force produced when the shaft and the sleeve rotate frequently, thus, the service life of the shaft sleeve is increased. The long arm excavator can complete the excavation work very well, and its work efficiency is very high, not only can be well excavated and used but also the speed is very fast, which greatly improves the work efficiency of the workers and provides convenient demand for construction.
1. Less maintenance
Using high quality materials, such as Q355B as default, Q690D optional, Niningbo connectors, seamless precision pipelines, graphite alloy copper sleeve, and strong but light bucket cylinder.
2. Strong and sturdy
Built-in reinforcing ribs. Professional welding skills towards the different bearing positions. Groove preparation(45° edge-mining) before welding.
3. Tolerance within 5-10um
Hole drilling tolerance is within 5-10um, ensure accuracy.

The max work range and the max digging height are larger as the angle of the boom and arm can reach 163 degrees.

6. Butt weld testing
Testing butt weld joints to determine the quality, strength, hardness and ductility of the weld. Some of the tests we perform on excavator booms are NDT, tensile tests, bend tests, impact tests, macro examination and hardness tests. These tests, as well as some others, can be used to determine the acceptability of a welding procedure or a welder qualification test.
