Product Overview

2QD0108T17-C is a dual channel driver core based on the ASIC driver core independently developed by Bronze Sword. This drive core combines low cost and small size, and has a very wide range of applications. It is specially designed for high reliability applications. The 2QD0108T17-C can drive IGBT modules up to 600A/1200V or 450A/1700V. The parallel function embedded in this drive core enables it to support the parallel connection of drive cores (multiple drive cores are connected in parallel). At the same time, it also supports multi-level topology applications. The 2QD0108T17-C is the most compact driver core of the same power level in industrial applications at present, with a size of 45.0 * 35.0mm and a height of 16.0mm, which can make the customer's structural design more compact.

The 2QD0108T17-C is a low-cost and high-performance driver core using the latest self-developed ASIC chipset of Bronze Sword. The chipset is specially developed for IGBT driver applications, and it contains the functions required by most intelligent driver cores. The 2QD0108T17-C drive core is suitable for medium and small power, dual channel IGBT applications, including UPS, photovoltaic inverter, general inverter, etc. The 2QD0108T17-C integrates complete isolated DC/DC power supply, short circuit protection, active clamping, power supply voltage monitoring and other functions. Its main features and functions are as follows:  Complete isolated DC/DC power supply  Dual channel drive, single channel 1W output power, peak current of ± 8A  Under voltage protection function  Mode selection, direct mode and half bridge mode are available  Short circuit protection function 2QD0108T17-C drive core system block diagram is shown in Figure - 2.
