Na2SO3,Common sulfite, white, monoclinic crystals, or powder. Have stimulating effect to eye, skin, mucous membrane, can pollute water source. Toxic sulfide flue gas is produced by high thermal decomposition. Industry is mainly used in making sulfite cellulose ester, sodium thiosulfate, organic chemicals, bleaching fabric, etc., but also used as reducing agent, preservative, chlorine agent, etc.

Our raw materials are directly obtained from the origin

Our production line is fully equipped and regularly checked and cleaned to ensure that no impurities in the environment affect production. Each step is supervised and operated by high-tech staff. Our absorption tower adopts counter-current operation. During product synthesis, sulfur dioxide is introduced from the bottom of the absorption tower to conduct strong disturbance and full reaction with soda ash solution, while reducing mass transfer resistance and improving absorption efficiency. After the sulfite solution is generated, slowly add the soda ash solution to neutralize it until it is slightly acidic, and then add the soda ash solution to make the pH 11~12. After decolorization and filtration, the clarified solution is evaporated, crystallized, centrifuged, and dried by air flow at 250~300 ℃ to obtain our anhydrous sodium sulfite product.

1. Check whether the screen is damaged or holed, whether the screen gap is excessively worn, and whether there is coal accumulation on the screen.

2. Check whether the damping rubber spring is complete and whether it is damaged or aged.

3. Whether the oil quantity and quality of the lubricating oil tank meet the requirements and whether there is oil leakage.

4. Whether the rotating parts operate flexibly.

5. Whether the feeding and discharging chutes and centrifugal liquid chutes are unblocked.

6. Check whether all detection instruments are in good condition.

7. Whether the safety shield is firm and reliable.

8. Frequently understand the moisture content of the dehydrated product, observe the flow rate of the centrifugal liquid and the particle size composition of the solid to analyze its working condition, and judge whether there is screen blockage, excessive wear of the screen hole, and screen damage.

9. The feed of the dehydrator shall be kept uniform to avoid clogging of the feed inlet.

10. Practical and effective measures must be taken to remove the sundries in the feed, especially iron ware. Strictly prevent iron, sundries and large coal from entering the centrifuge dehydrator to avoid damaging the equipment.
