Scope of application

This ovens are used for drying, heat treatment and heating in medical, medical, biological, agricultural and scientific research departments, but not for volatile, inflammable, explosive and other articles, so as not to cause explosions.
 

Caveat! Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited to be heated and dried in the box. For high-value materials, it is best to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to ensure that the materials will not fail due to the electronic components of the box. The temperature rises too high and causes damage.

Structural features

1.Adopting microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, the system has temperature control, timing, overtemperature alarm functions.

2.The external hot air circulation system is composed of low noise fan and duct. Reasonable air duct and circulatory system make the temperature stable in the working room.

3.The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate treated by environmental protection electrostatic spraying, the overall design is beautiful and novel, and it has a large viewing angle observation window；

4.The inner tank is divided into two types: mirror-finished stainless steel and galvanized steel. The semi-curved four corners are easy to clean;

6.High temperature resistant silica gel is used to seal the door and high temperature heating tube as the heating element to ensure safety and longer service life.
