Key process

Prepare the material-Cleaning-Printing-Rolling-Annealing-Punching-Leveling- Blowing up – Folding and shaping-Capillary connecting-Assembly welding-Leakage Test-Cleaning and dry-Coating-Curing-Inspection-Packing.

Performance

1) Surface treated with powder painting to prevent the corrosion
2) Inner cleanness can meet the requirement of R 134a、R600、R22 & CFC cooling system.
3) Can satisfy the cooling capability requirements.
