WT oil separation sewage lifting pump integrated equipment suitable for hotels, kitchens, underground restaurants and non-staple food processing department.Separate sundries, water and oil for collection and treatment. Equipment principle

The main inlet of the equipment is connected with the dirty oil and water main pipe, waste water can enter the oil separation lifting equipment in two ways. The debris in the waste water is separated in the slag removal device. The waste water and oil enter the oil and water separation bin, water level rises to a certain position. The oil is collected into the oil slick collection area by the principle of oil-water density difference, and the oil is discharged to the waste oil collection bucket through the oil discharge valve. The separated waste water in the oil-water separation bin flows into the storage tank under the action of hydraulic pressure. When the water level in the storage tank reaches a certain position, the water pump will discharge the waste water and the debris stored in the solid-liquid separation device.

Function description

1. Adopt automatic filtration and slag removal device, make debris and waste water automatic separation, to ensure debris can not enter into the oil and water separation area, to achieve automatic slag discharge function, without any manual cleaning and maintenance.

2. The unique backwash device can effectively flush the oil attachments of the slag removal device at any time, to ensure the slag removal device keep clean, no sediment precipitation and attachment.

3. Multi-point full guarantee control system design, real-time liquid level display,ensure safe and accurate operation of equipment.

4. Adopt Air flotation device to accelerate the separation time of oil and water,reduce equipment cover area, save land cost.

5. Automatic heating device is used to prevent the oil slick from congealing, affecting the efficiency of oil separation, and can collect waste oil more effectively.

6. Adopt oil slicks automatic collection and hydraulic artesian flow structure,waste oil collection operation is convenient.

7. Adopt all oil deflector, change the flow channel, slow down the flow speed, improve the efficiency of oil separation.
