This oven is applicable to the baking of laboratory, chemical, pharmaceutical and various electronic products, epoxy resin crafts, electrical casting and baking of various magnetic accessories and metal materials, baking, drying, disinfection, heat treatment aging and other heating purposes within the specified temperature.

1. Specification

Internal dimension: 1000 (W) × 1200(H) × 1000(D)±1mm；

External dimension: 1680 (W) × 1650 (H excluding motor size) × 1550 (D) subject to the physical object;

The controller is located on the right side of the machine (wall-mounted), and the single door is opened from right to left;

The internal material is stainless steel perforated plate 304 #, 2.5mm thick, which will not deform in high temperature operation;

The middle air duct is made of stainless steel plate 304 #: 2.5mm thick;

The external material is SECC steel plate with thickness ≥ 1.2mm powder baking paint treatment;

It is divided into two layers and equipped with two grid plates;

The thermal insulation material is 100Kg/m3 carborundum high-density glass wool, the insulation layer is 200mm thick, and the thermal insulation is good, so as to ensure the thermal insulation to the maximum extent.

Fiber asbestos seal, not easy to aging;

With movable casters and fixed feet, it can be pushed and fixed at will;

2、 Temperature control system

The temperature control is a PID microcomputer program control instrument, which can automatically calculate, display PV/SV at the same time, and set multiple temperature and time values by pressing keys;

The current controller is SSR contactless RELAY; (Solid state relay controls power output,),

The heating material is composed of high-temperature resistant stainless steel and high-temperature heating wire;

Temperature range RT+50~600 ℃ (usually within 550 ℃);

Control accuracy ± 1 ℃;

Temperature distribution uniformity in the box ± 2% ℃;

4、 Heating rate

RT － 100 ℃ for about 15 minutes

5、 Air supply system

Forced air supply circulation; The air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel to pass through the electric heater to send the hot air from the upper air duct on the back to the box in the oven, and then from the lower air duct on the back to become the air source for re-circulation heating, so as to reduce the energy loss and ensure the temperature uniformity in the oven. When the door opening and closing actions cause disturbance, the air supply and circulation system can be used to quickly recover the operating temperature value;

The motor is a special type with long axis and high temperature resistance, with a horse rate of 1/2hp/50Hz;

The fan is a multi-blade turbine type 1 group;

An adjustable deflector is installed inside.
