METHYL TIN MERCAPTIDE JX-181
Methyl Tin mercaptide JX-181 is a high-efficiency liquid stabilizer used in all PVC hot working processes. JX-181 is widely used in PVC sheets, PVC panels, PVC tubing and blow molding injection, PVC molding products, also can be used in food packaging, medicine packaging, and non-toxic and harmless PVC products.
Methyl tin mercaptide is the most potential organotin product in the field of PVC extrusion, calendering, blow molding and injection molding because of its simple process and low cost.

THE MAIN APPLICATION LIST
Excellent stabilizer for clear rigid PVC and Vinyl copolymer blow molding formulations designed for food contact. Provides excellent clarity and good early color stability. Very effective stabilizer for injection molding of pipe fittings and other high-quality parts intended for potable water uses. Excellent for calendered and extruded Vinyl sheets for food contact applications. Suitable for food packaging applications as defined by the US FDA, BedGgstV (Germany) and Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 – plastics intended to come into contact with Food. Allows for efficient use of regrind.
