The dehydration process of a screw press is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the screw conveyor is used for dehydration.
In the second stage, a material blocking device is used for dehydration. When the material enters the discharge section of the screw conveyor, the screw conveyor will apply axial thrust to the material, pushing it out of the discharge port. At the same time, the material blocking device pressurized by the air pressure device will apply counter force to the pushed material, forming a two-stage dehydration extrusion force for the material.
Spiral presses are widely used in the food industry, paper industry, and agriculture. The equipment is designed reasonably and can smoothly separate liquids or viscous states, and then achieve a certain degree of drying through extrusion technology.
At present, spiral presses are also used in larger farms, mainly for treating feces. The processing method is relatively simple. By squeezing the sticky excrement, it can be treated into dry solid, which is convenient for storage and transportation, and can also be made into organic fertilizer to improve the soil structure; Reduce the pollution of feces to the environment.
In order to achieve satisfactory dryness of materials and achieve solid-liquid separation, applications in other industries besides aquaculture are also widely used.
