If the manufacturer conducts pre testing on the equipment, it is recommended to use a corrosion-resistant phosphate ester for quality control inspection to provide corrosion protection.
The storage period on site should be as short as possible (it is recommended that the long-term limit is one year), and parts coated with phosphate ester should be placed indoors and sealed as much as possible. Because this liquid is sensitive to humidity. If acceptance inspection is carried out, the equipment should be immediately resealed and some desiccant added afterwards.
To prevent dirt from entering during assembly, it is important to minimize the number of times the system is opened and maintain a clean working area. Careful prevention of pollution at this stage is very beneficial for the commissioning process and also contributes to future trouble-free operation.
When switching from mineral oil:
The system must be flushed according to the manufacturer's requirements until the specified cleaning level is reached. System maintenance:
If the system using fire-resistant fuel is not properly maintained, no matter which type of fire-resistant fuel is used, it cannot operate satisfactorily*** The key to good fuel resistance performance is to regularly check all filters and vents; Minimize leakage of steam and coolers as much as possible; Prevent air leakage from the sealing area, etc.
Efforts should be made to minimize the leakage of fire-resistant fuel outside the system, in order to reduce the cost of replenishing and cleaning up spilled fire-resistant fuel.

System operating temperature
The important factor affecting the lifespan of fire-resistant oil is temperature. The average operating temperature of fire-resistant oil is usually controlled between 50 ℃ and 65 ℃. However, a temperature of * * * can also be used, but measures should be taken to prevent moisture and increased acidity, otherwise the water in the fuel tank will condense. This is even more true if the equipment is shut down regularly (such as every week * * *). In this case, it is recommended to regularly check the water content, and if necessary, start the particle processing system and/or dehydration device throughout the entire shutdown period.
Although the average temperature is not high, there may be local hotspots, such as on valves, bearings, hot surfaces, gas seals, and gearboxes. In these areas, the fire-resistant oil may undergo oxidation and/or thermal decomposition, and under * * * conditions (such as exceeding 150 ℃), it can thicken and produce deposits.
During cold start, use a fuel tank heater to reduce the viscosity of the fire-resistant oil. The power of the heater must be appropriate, and the fire-resistant oil should be circulated on the surface of the heater as much as possible throughout the entire heating period to prevent local overheating of the fire-resistant oil and the formation of deposits on the surface of the heater.
