The new Chinese style hoist double beam overweight machine adopts lightweight, modular, and participatory design. The lifting mechanism adopts the NRT type trolley electric hoist with superior performance and advanced technology. The crane operating mechanism adopts a three in one drive device to drive separately, and the control adopts an advanced frequency conversion speed control system.

The crane carriage adopts an "H" shaped structure composed of one or two inner horizontal and two longitudinal planes. The small crane crossbeam is placed in the middle of the beam spans at both ends, with one side rigidly connected to the end beam and one side hinged to the end beam. This structure not only ensures that the wheels of the small car can come into contact with the track under any conditions, but also reduces the manufacturing accuracy requirements of the small frame.
