The new Chinese explosion-proof winch double girder crane meets the national standards of JB/T5897 Explosion proof Overhead crane, GB3836.1 Explosive Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment and GB3836.2 Explosive Atmospheres Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "d", and the working level can reach M5. The working environment temperature of the crane: -20 ℃~+40 ℃, working in an environment with gaseous explosive medium, the explosion-proof level is not higher than Level B or Level C, and the ignition temperature group is not lower than T4 (135 ℃). In the explosive gas environment formed by combustible gas, steam and air, the applicable hazardous area is Zone 1 or Zone 2, not Zone 0.
Note:
Zone 0: A place where explosive gas mixtures occur continuously, frequently, or for a long time under normal circumstances.
Zone 1: Places where explosive gas mixtures may occur under normal circumstances.
Zone 2: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixtures cannot occur, but only in areas where equipment malfunction or misoperation is highly likely to occur under abnormal circumstances, occasionally occurring for a short period of time.
The examples of hazardous gases applicable to cranes are shown in the table below, and other hazardous gases not included in the table are listed in the appendix of GB3836.1.

The new Chinese explosion-proof winch double beam crane adopts a lightweight, modular and parameterized design, and the lifting mechanism adopts a high-performance and technologically advanced new Chinese explosion-proof winch trolley. The Dacheng operation adopts a three in one drive device to drive separately, and the control adopts an advanced frequency conversion speed control system.

The lifting motor, reducer, and brake adopt integrated devices to directly drive the drum group, reduce the transmission chain, and save energy and efficiency.
5) Silent drive, low noise and environmentally friendly.
The motor is an explosion-proof variable frequency electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor has a stable speed regulation without impact, with a large overload capacity and high mechanical strength, especially suitable for equipment that operates for short or intermittent periods and frequently starts and brakes. The standard insulation level of the motor is F level, and the protection level is IP65. The reducer is a fully enclosed hard tooth surface type reducer. The gear is carburized and quenched, with a tooth surface hardness of 58~62HRC, high load-bearing capacity, and low working noise. The gearbox box cover has high strength and good performance.
