The working principle of sanitary segment ball  Valve: The compressed air will push the seal ring to the segment ball, and form seal between the valve body and the segment ball. Before the valve is open or close, the compressed air will be released, so there is no contact between the soft seal and the segment ball (no friction). This will prolong the service life of the soft seal. Also to prevent the wear and tear of the seal particles from falling into the products.
