Wear-resistant steel balls, as the name s ests, are wear-resistant steel balls. To be wear-resistant, one must have a high hardness, usually reaching a Rockwell hardness of HRC58 or above. Only such steel balls can truly achieve wear resistance, which is the professional term for low wear. In reality, many steel balls with a hardness lower than HRC58, also known as wear-resistant steel balls, are not actually wear-resistant and have high wear.

Grinding steel balls, as the name s ests, are steel balls used for grinding things, which are a type of grinding medium. Therefore, wear-resistant steel balls are also a type of grinding steel balls, and wear-resistant and non wear-resistant steel balls belong to the category of grinding steel balls as long as they are used for grinding. For example, large quantities of cast balls (high chromium balls, medium chromium balls, low chromium balls), forged balls, rolled steel balls, etc.

The most important data on whether the grinding steel ball is wear-resistant is hardness testing, which can be tested using a Rockwell hardness tester. Practice has shown that the service life of steel balls above HRC60 is twice that of HRC40-50.

Of course, the higher the hardness, the better. It depends on what kind of material is being ground, and the hardness of this material is used to determine which type of steel ball is more suitable.

How to choose a steel ball?

(1) If you want high hardness and wear resistance, then choose bearing steel balls with high wear resistance, followed by carbon steel balls with heat treatment;

(2) If you want to weld and have low hardness, you need carbon steel balls without fire, commonly known as iron balls;

(3) If you want a good rust prevention effect, then you need stainless steel balls, with 304, 316, and 316L, which enhance the rust prevention effect in sequence;

(4) If you want a good rust prevention effect and high hardness, then you need a 440 material stainless steel ball;

(5) If you want high-precision, you need to choose higher-level ones. The smaller the number, the higher the level, and the better the accuracy;

2. Regarding quality assurance:

3. Regarding shipment:

(1) Send samples using SF Express: A small amount of samples can be provided for free, with delivery on delivery;

(2) For shipments of less than 300 kilograms, use Yousu Express/Yimi Dida/Debang Logistics or Express/Jiayi Logistics/Shangqiao Logistics, etc;

(3) Special line logistics is used for shipments of over 300 kilograms. Generally, self pickup is required at the city logistics center. If self pickup is required at the county/district level, it can be explained, and delivery fees will be added;

4. Regarding product prices:

We are a manufacturer, and we can guarantee to give you a reasonable, realistic, and cost-effective price, but we cannot guarantee that it is a small price. Conscientious buying and selling, after all, pays for everything. We do not want to push the price too low in order to get the order. 5. Regarding invoices:

Our company is a general taxpayer and can issue a 13% value-added tax invoice. We will organize it on the 20th of each month and send it out around the 22nd;

6. Regarding packaging:

We have various types of packaging, including woven bags, cardboard boxes, pallets, iron drums, bottled, ton packs, etc. We can customize packaging according to customer requirements;

7. Regarding where to ship from:

Due to our factory being located in rural areas, logistics and express delivery are not convenient. Therefore, we rent a large warehouse in a large logistics park in Liaocheng City to store goods and arrange for customers to ship them as soon as possible;

8. Regarding returns and exchanges:

If it is our responsibility and the quality does not meet the requirements, our company is responsible for the return and exchange of the goods for the round-trip freight; If it is the responsibility of the buyer, the goods can be returned or exchanged without affecting the resale, and the round-trip freight shall be paid by the buyer;
