Measurement and control: A composite vacuum gauge (resistance gauge for coarse vacuum measurement, ion gauge for high vacuum measurement) is used to monitor the vacuum degree in real time, and through PID regulation, the vacuum pump and the solenoid valve are linked to ensure stable pressure.
