Low transmittance insulation masterbatch PET/PP/PE
This product is made by mixing nano thermal insulation powder with plastic slices such as PET, PP, PE, etc. through nano filling technology. Add to ordinary plastic slices to make PET/PP/PE films or sheets with thermal insulation and anti infrared functions. By blocking infrared rays, it achieves insulation and energy conservation, with the advantages of high insulation rate and strong weather resistance, suitable for producing low transmittance films or plates.

Product Features
The ultrafine particle characteristics of nano thermal insulation particles ensure that they do not have adverse effects on the physical properties of plastics;
High insulation rate, with an infrared blocking rate of over 99%;
The infrared barrier band is wide, with significant barrier performance at 800-2500nm, resulting in significant insulation effect;
Strong weather resistance, using pure inorganic metal oxides as the active ingredient, without fading and performance degradation;
Good dispersibility, good compatibility, stable performance, and no precipitation.
Product Usage
Used to develop low transmittance PET/PP/PE films or sheets with thermal insulation and infrared protection functions.
Used for thermal insulation window film: Made by biaxial stretching to produce high-performance thermal insulation window film.
Used for agricultural greenhouse film: By multi-layer co extrusion, thermal insulation greenhouse film is produced to increase crop yield.
Usage method
According to the required optical parameters and product specifications, mix the recommended amount with ordinary plastic slices and produce according to the original process. This masterbatch can be used alone or together with CF PET/PP/PE and T-PET/PP/PE masterbatches. Taking PET masterbatch as an example, the recommended dosage is shown in the table below:
