Application: Can be used in casting steel, cast iron, cast copper, cast aluminum and other molten metal filtration

The molten steel filter is made of multi-strand braided high-silicon glass fiber yarn, coated with patented refractory material, the thickness is close to 3 times that of ordinary molten iron filter, and it has stronger thermal shock resistance than molten iron filter.

Effectively remove slag, slag, sand and other non-metallic impurities in molten metal, while reducing turbulence and porosity.

Molten steel filter can continue to work for a few seconds in molten steel at 1620℃ to remain intact, which is an ideal choice for small steel castings, while molten steel filter can also be used for molten iron filtration, suitable for casting temperature is higher, casting time is longer gray iron, ductile iron casting filter;

It is used for non-ferrous metals to keep intact for ten minutes.

Due to its superior strength and toughness, the molten steel filter can also be used as a riser or pouring system spacer. After the liquid metal solidifies, it can be disconnected by tapping at the location of the mesh, which can greatly reduce the cost of removing excess parts of the riser and cast, and the section is flat, effectively protecting the casting.

Common specifications: the mesh is 1.5x1.5mm, 2.0x2.0mm, 2.5x2.5mm, 4.0x4.0mm.
Can be prefabricated into different sizes and shapes of flat sheets and molded special-shaped products according to user needs.
