CFDPLAS has developed a line of high purity PFA sealed digestion vessels for rapid sample dissolution. 
These vessels can be placed directly in a microwave oven for controlled high speed heating to drastically reduce the time required to dissolve or digest an analytical sample. 
Alternatively, these vessels can be supplied with flat bottoms for hot plate heating and digestion. 
Although effective,these methods can produce hazardous conditions which should only be attempted by the skilled analytical chemist with expertise in pressurized digestions.

PFA Digestion vessels with flat exteriors can be used on the hotplate. 
Our PFA digestion vessels are the cleanest and highest performing digestion Jars available. 
Molded from high purity virgin PFA, and with a working temperature range up to 260˚C, these digestion vessels can be used for all high temperature digestion methods.

Excellent temperatures stability: 
PFA trace analysis labware maintains its stability in temperatures from -200°C to 250°C (-328°F to 482°F).
No leachable metals: 
PFA is manufactured without metals such as calcium, aluminum, iron, magnesium, nickel, copper, manganese or zinc. 
These metals can leach into samples from other containers, and contaminate samples. 
Simplified cleaning: 
Conventional labware for trace analysis requires time-consuming and expensive cleaning. 
The hydrophobic and anti-adhesive properties of the exceptionally smooth-surfaced PFA labware simplify the cleaning process, making it ideal for trace analysis.

PFA is inert with most reagents, including the nitric and hydrochloric acid routinely used in cleaning trace analysis labware.
