According to different structures, CNC plasma cutting can be divided into portable CNC plasma cutting machine, desktop/table CNC plasma cutting machine, and Gantry CNC plasma cutting machine. If we want to cut large size metal, such as 2m*6m, 2.5*8m, 3*6m, we need to use a gantry CNC plasma cutting machine. But for some customers, they cannot afford such a machine because of their limited budget. So we designed a portable gantry CNC plasma cutting machine, so that it can cut large-size metal, but also with a preferential price.

4. Leadshine Microstep Drive M542C driving system

(1) The working voltage range covers 24VDC ~ 80VDC, 60vac ~ 220VAC;

(2) Operating current range: 0.1A ~ 11.7a (peak current);

(3) Support pulse / direction or double pulse control mode, and can receive differential and single ended signal commands;

(4) According to the operation characteristics of the motor, different anti vibration strategies are adopted at low and medium speed to ensure the smooth operation of the motor within the full speed range;

(5) Automatic identification of motor parameters and automatic setting of control parameters can automatically generate control parameters for different motors to give full play to the performance of the motor;
