Spray-free aluminum silver bars are strip-shaped aluminum pigments specially used for plastic products, which can be called silver bars. The composition is mainly composed of aluminum powder, additives and carriers. The aluminum powder in the silver bar appears in the shape of a regular silver dollar. The aluminum content in silver bars accounts for about 80%-85%, and the rest is carriers and additives. Aluminum sheets can withstand temperatures of 250-280 degrees during the plastic injection molding process.

Specially used in plastic systems, mainly used in plastic injection molding and masterbatch industries such as home appliance casings, automotive interior and exterior decorations, plastic bags, toys, mobile phone casings, plastic profiles, metal color masterbatch, etc. Can be applied to a variety of plastic systems, PE, PC, PP, ABS, PS, AS, etc.

It has excellent dispersion and compatibility in the application and coloring process of plastic products. The product has the characteristics of high effective content, solvent-free, odorless, and dust-free.
Instructions
Add directly to plastic particles or plastic powder, stir at low speed until uniform, then granulate for use.
Recommended dosage
Add 15-45% to plastic masterbatch and 0.5-5% to injection molding coloring
Precautions
The physical structure of aluminum pigments is mainly flake structure. During use, high-speed shearing, multiple granulations, and temperatures exceeding the aluminum powder's endurance should be avoided. Otherwise, the injection molding effect will be black and have no metallic texture.
