Integrated Electric Hoist Lifting Mechanism: We have adopted an integrated electric hoist lifting trolley, thoroughly improving the design of traditional electric hoists. This addresses issues such as frequent over-traveling, easy damage to flame-proof limiters, and electrical faults, enhancing the reliability and stability of the crane.
Optimized Main Beam Structural Design: We continue the LH-type main beam box girder structure, with an enlargement of the main beam cross-section approved according to a 1000/1 stiffness calculation ratio. This enhances the load-bearing capacity and stability of the main beam.
Upgraded Drive System: Both the main and auxiliary trolleys have been upgraded to three-in-one reduction motors, with gear transmission adopting a fully enclosed structure. The motor brake system utilizes a direct-current disc brake, providing greater agility and lower failure rates compared to electromagnetic brake systems.
Intelligent Speed Control Technology: The speed control method for the main trolley has been upgraded to variable frequency control, with speeds reaching up to 0-40 meters per minute. Equipped with a dual-button remote control as standard, with light presses for slow speed and deep presses for fast speed, this greatly improves the comfort and usability of crane operators while reducing cargo sway, protecting workshop equipment, and enhancing worker safety.
High-Quality Materials: The wheels of the main trolley have been upgraded to 700-2 grade ball milled cast iron, offering self-lubrication, high wear resistance, and shock absorption properties. This results in quieter operation and significantly improves workplace comfort.
