Processing:
The stainless steel part is processed by Bending, rolling and welding. Before Bending. First the Sheet is cut to the required size by Laser Cutting Machines. Then V-Grooving on Metal Sheet before bending, we can achieve sharp corners. The arc part is done by rolling. Then welding the stainless steel parts for assembly. Then polish the welded area to make surface looks uniform.
