 JC-390 Blanching Machine

* This machine is steam heating and blanching machine, equipped with steam input automatic temperature control solenoid valve device, manual steam input device and temperature control detector outside the box, which can automatically adjust and keep the temperature in a proper range.

* The inside of the machine is full of steam input holes and equipped with a number of air pipes,
each pipe box is equipped with a side of the outer wall of the air valve control and regulation handle, can make the water temperature uniform and make the material heating temperature consistent;

* The machine sink can be raised for daily cleaning and maintenance；

* Frequency conversion speed control conveying can adjust the material in the machine blanching and sterilization time;

  JC-320 Bubble Washing Machine

* The ozone disinfection bubble washing machine adopts a combination of three washing methods: bubble, cyclic surfing and high-pressure spray. Through the billowing effect produced in the process of the release of air bubbles, the material in the water
has an irregular turnover, effectively clean vegetables without damage. Ozone sterilization and degradation of residual agricultural materials, so that the vegetables can be thoroughly cleaned in all directions.

* A circulating water tank can better filter sediment and impurities, saving water and improving the cleaning effect.
