The device primarily consists of a sonic nozzle, dynamic image capture system, multi-station gas meter calibration workstation, oil-free vacuum pump, control air path, microcontroller system, and PC. Using the sonic nozzle as the primary standard, it automatically selects nozzle combinations based on different flow points of the gas meter. Utilizing microcontroller and high-precision A/D conversion technology, it automatically detects parameters such as temperature, pressure, humidity, and participates in real-time error correction calculations to ensure device accuracy. The entire system achieves fully automated testing under PC control and incorporates comprehensive functions such as raw data storage, querying, and printing.
The device uses Venturi sonic nozzles as standard instruments. The computer automatically selects the optimal nozzle combination based on the different flow points of the flow meter being tested.
Multiple gas meters can be connected in series for testing, significantly improving testing efficiency. By switching valves, the device can automatically select the left or right entrance of the gas meter for calibration.
Through dynamic image processing, the device can quickly, accurately, and reliably capture gas meter reading signals.
