I. Working Principle
The bag filter operates by utilizing filter bags to filter fluids, removing impurities, particles, and other substances, thereby achieving the purpose of fluid purification. The specific process is as follows:
Feed: Fluid enters the interior of the bag filter's housing through the inlet pipe.
Filtration: As the fluid passes through the filter bags, impurities, particles, and other substances are filtered out by the pores on the bags. The filter bags of bag filters are typically made of materials such as polyester, polypropylene, nylon, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), with different materials offering varying filtration precisions and corrosion resistance.
Discharge: The fluid, now filtered, flows out of the bag filter through the outlet pipe, achieving the goal of purification.
Cleaning: When impurities and particles accumulate to a certain extent on the filter bags, they need to be cleaned or replaced. Bag filters commonly employ methods such as back-blowing, water washing, and mechanical cleaning to clean the filter bags.
II. Product Features
Rational Structure: The bag filter consists of main components like the filter cylinder, filter cylinder cover, quick-opening mechanism, and stainless steel filter bag reinforcement net, with a compact and simple structural design.
Excellent Sealing: The structural design of the bag filter ensures good sealing between the filter bags and the housing, preventing leakage.
Strong Circulation Capability: The filtrate flows into the filter bags through the lateral inlet pipe on the filter housing. The filter bags themselves are installed within a reinforced basket, and the liquid permeates through the filter bags of the required fineness grade to obtain qualified filtrate.
Easy Operation: The bag filter is easy to operate, with convenient and quick filter bag replacement. Moreover, the filter machine requires no cleaning, saving labor and time.
Wide Range of Applications: Bag filters can be used for coarse, medium, or fine filtration, applicable to various industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, electronics, semiconductors, textiles, papermaking, metallurgy, petroleum, natural gas, and more.
III. Product Classification
Bag filters come in various types, including single-bag filters, multi-bag filters, swing-arm bag filters, high-precision bag filters, etc., with filtration precisions ranging from 1 to 10 microns.
