When used in spray guns, our cathode needs to withstand instantaneous plasma temperatures exceeding 12,000°C. This puts significant demands on the product’s performance and the bond strength between copper and tungsten. Our company adopts a back-casting production process to seamlessly connect tungsten and copper, ensuring extremely high strength. The SG-100 cathode similarly employs back-casting to connect copper alloys and tungsten alloys. Through this integrated casting method, the two alloys merge to achieve a 100% bond.

Other methods exist in the market to connect copper alloys and tungsten alloys, but they are not integrated casting, leading to gaps between tungsten and copper connection surfaces. Products manufactured in this manner are prone to uneven heat conduction and cracks.
