1、 Product execution standards

The product is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 12527-2008 rated voltage 1kV and below overhead insulated cables and enterprise standards.

2、 Product Usage

Weather resistant high-density polyethylene and weather resistant cross-linked polyethylene insulation make cables excellent and reliable, while also having excellent physical, mechanical, and electrical properties, such as resistance to electric traces, surface discharge, and atmospheric conditions. The cable laying gap is small, saving the line corridor, reducing the occurrence of power supply accidents, and ensuring personal safety. Suitable for mountainous, forest, mining, urban and other occasions, it is an all-weather cable product.

3、 Usage characteristics

(1) Rated voltage: U is 1kV and below.

(2) Long term allowable operating temperature of product conductor

Polyvinyl chloride insulation and polyethylene insulation should not exceed 70 ℃, and cross-linked polyethylene insulation should not exceed 90 ℃.

(3) The laying temperature of cables should not be lower than -20 ℃.

(4) For cables with an outer diameter (D) less than 25mm, the bending radius shall not be less than 4D.
