XYN-300 Pipe Negative Pressure Testing Machine

1、 Purpose:

The XYN-300 pipe negative pressure testing machine is an instrument designed and produced in accordance with the "AQ1071-2009 Safety Technical Requirements for Non metallic Gas Transport Pipes for Coal Mines", GB/T19741.2-2004 Plastic Pipeline System Hard Polyvinyl Chloride Pipe Elastic Sealing Socket Joint Negative Pressure Sealing Test Method Standard, and JL/T529 Standard. It is used to test various plastic pipes under different negative pressures and measure technical parameters. The instrument is easy to operate and has accurate data, making it an essential testing instrument for testing institutions and plastic manufacturers.

2、 Characteristics:

This instrument mainly consists of a vacuum acquisition part, a valve control connection pipeline and fixture part, and an electrical control part. The branches are independent of each other, making it easy to operate and maintain. It can draw pressure time curves, query real-time control pressure values at any time, and print output reports. It can replace manual duty and automatically record pressure values. The electrical control part adopts PLC+touch screen control. The test process can be carried out in both automatic and manual modes. The manual mode is convenient and flexible, suitable for various negative pressure tests. The automatic mode can automatically complete the standard JT/T529 test process after setting the time.
