With the ability to control each LED individually, you can create intricate animations, color-changing effects, and pixel-based displays, allowing for a wide range of creative lighting possibilities.

The WS2812B and SK6812 chips are both commonly used for addressable RGB strips, allowing precise control over each LED. The WS2812B is widely known for its reliability and ease of use in various projects, while the SK6812 provides similar functionality with slightly improved color accuracy, particularly for white tones. Both chips use a single-wire data protocol, making it easy to control them with microcontrollers like Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
