The hydraulic slurry pump series is developed by Hengsheng and is designed for high-pressure and high-load industrial scenarios. It is suitable for the transportation and cleaning of mud and solid particle-containing media. The products comply with CE certification (EN ISO 12100:2010 and other standards) and strictly follow safety operating specifications to ensure operational reliability and personnel safety.

Core functions

High-pressure corrosion resistance: key components are made of 316 stainless steel, which can withstand high pressure (≤160 bar) and corrosive media.

Safety protection: built-in pressure relief valve (maximum 2600 psi), automatic overpressure protection; automatic shutdown when hydraulic oil is over-temperature (＞70℃).

Modular design: impellers, volutes and other components can be quickly replaced, supporting separate maintenance of vulnerable parts to reduce downtime.

Multi-scenario adaptation: BSP/NPT interface options are provided, compatible with global standards.
