1. The machine features six axes: the wire feeding axis, the winding axis, the wire arranging axis, and the arm axis (4 axes). The forming process is accomplished through the coordination of the arm axis. Each axis operates independently yet is interconnected.

2. An independent wire feeding mechanism allows for single or multiple feeds, as well as feeding wire to any desired length.

3. The rotating core mechanism is positioned behind the panel and is controlled by a separate servo motor, enabling 360-degree rotation in both directions.

4. The winding axis is directly mounted on the arm axis and is controlled by two sets of synchronized servos. It is capable of forward and reverse winding, tight winding, variable pitch winding, and can perform single-layer, multi-layer, and simple winding operations.

5. The machine is equipped with imported servo motors and planetary gear reducers, ensuring high operational precision.

6. The control system is highly intelligent and modular, capable of automatically generating fault codes.
