Machine Introduction:

1. The machine adopts a unique camless and rocker-arm-free design, which reduces the technical requirements for setup and significantly shortens the setup time. The setup speed is more than 50% faster than traditional cam-based machines. It features high production speed, precise positioning, stable operation, and strong expandability.

4. The machine includes an operating system protection device, a wire feeder breakage alarm, and a safety door protection mechanism, providing comprehensive protection for both the operator and the machine.

System Operation Instructions:

1. **Closed-loop control system**: The maximum response speed reaches 4000 kpps, enabling a speed of up to 240 meters per minute at a resolution of 1 µm.  

2. **Highly integrated system hardware**: This minimizes the failure rate and significantly enhances stability.  

3. **User-friendly software upgrades**: Customers can upgrade the system software via computer operation at any time. The system features the most user-friendly operation mode, supported by a standard keyboard, making it easy to learn, understand, and use.

7. **Superior noise immunity**: Compared to general PC-based controllers, it offers stronger resistance to signal interference during operation, with a maximum voltage pulse of 3000 volts per microsecond between every 0.01 seconds.  

8. **Enhanced vibration resistance and temperature adaptability**: It provides better vibration resistance (maximum 0.075 mm at 5 Hz) and a wider operating temperature range (0°C to 45°C during operation, and -20°C to 45°C during storage or transportation) compared to general PC-based controllers.
