This machine is used for extrusion conveying and filling of high viscosity materials (high viscosity putty, sealant, offset printing ink, adhesive) and materials with poor fluidity, and can be used together with three-roller machine, filling machine and ball mill.

This machine is equipped with an extrusion speed regulating device, which can select the best extrusion speed according to the process requirements, and is equipped with a special cylinder. At the same time, the extrusion disc adopts automatic inflation, compression and expansion, and can maintain close contact with the cylinder wall. The sealing ring adopts solvent-resistant rubber and has long service life. At the end of the extrusion, the material in the cylinder can be basically squeezed clean, which greatly reduces the labor intensity.
