Bare film indicators: (1) Neutral salt spray test: No rust on the cold plate after 45 minutes, exceeding the zinc phosphating standard (2) Daily rust prevention time: no rust for more than 7 days in summer and more than 30 days in winter 2. Paint film indicators: (1) 1mm spacing grid test: 0-1 level (2) 50Kg heavy hammer impact test: no cracks on both sides (3) Neutral salt spray test: Cross cut damage test for 400 hours, with rust spreading on both sides of the marked line not exceeding 0.5mm; No rust, bulging, or peeling of the paint film was observed after 800 hours of non scratch and fork damage test.
