Types of Rubber Chemicals

Tire Marking Line

Tire Marking Line is water -based tire marking ink, which can be used onto the surface of tread strip at the extrusion process. The product includes different colours, such as white, red, yellow, blue, green, etc.



TIRE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE PAINT AGENT

Inside Tire paint agent is inside tire demolding agent without fillers. It can provide good sliding performance between the bladder and the green tire and demoulding performance after vulcanization. Tire outside Paint Agent is a water-based tire spray liquid with rubber adhesion. It can generate adhesion at the joint of the tire embryo, so it does not affect the adhesion between the rubber at the joint of the tire embryo.



ANTI TACK AGENT (Batch-off release agent)

Powdered film release agent can prevent the adhesion between uncured and mixed films during storage. Paste film release agent is an aqueous dispersion of complex fatty acid salts and ultra-fine inorganic fillers. It is used in mixing and extrusion processes to prevent the adhesion of uncured films and semi-finished parts. Liquid film release agent that can prevent the adhesion of uncured films and semi-finished parts, and can prevent pressureless vulcanized products from vulcanizing together.



Carbon Black

At present, 90%~95% of the world's carbon black consumption is used in the rubber industry. Without carbon black, there would be no modern rubber industry, and its consumption accounts for about half of the raw rubber consumption. Carbon black can improve the strength of rubber products, improve the processing performance of rubber, and can endow products with other properties to improve the shelf- life of rubber products.



Rubber Accelerator

All chemical substances that can shorten the vulcanization time, lower the vulcanization temperature, reduce the amount of vulcanizing agent, and improve and improve the mechanical properties and chemical stability of vulcanized rubber are collectively called rubber accelerators, or accelerators for short.

Rubber Antioxidant

Rubber antioxidants are defined as substances that could delay the aging of polymer compounds and prolong the service life of rubber products by inhibiting oxidation, heat, or light radiation. To date, the annual global consumption of rubber antioxidants is over 700,000 tons, accounting for about 40% of the total amount of rubber additives.

Rubber Chemical PVI

PVI or CTP also known as N-(Cyclohexylthio) phthalimide used as ant scorching agent, is an flame retardant for NR and synthetic diene rubbers. PVI is a pre-vulcanization inhibitor which enables processing safety to be controlled in a predictable manner in sulphur curable compounds.



Rice Husk Silica
