The first one is to form different convolution height. In practical use, bellows with different height are very common. If to change them one by one during forming, it's not accurate and slow. With the new function, you can set different bellow convolution height on the machine, and machine will execute the order and form different bellows.

Same to the pitch, the other new function for the bellow forming machine also can form different pitch automatically. When you have more requirement about the bellow convolutions’ shape, you can send the order on the PLC and set different pitch data to the bellow forming machine system. It can accept your order and calculate the convolution position, in case of any wrong location and destroy the bellow. The unique control system allows the bellow forming machine to be accurate and low cost.
