This small pineapple processing line integrates peeling, cleaning, drying, and packaging in one continuous process. It's ideal for fruit factories and food processors striving to improve productivity and ensure food safety. For many fruit processors, handling pineapples can be a challenge. The tough, high-water content of pineapple peels, combined with stringent hygiene requirements, makes manual processing time-consuming and costly. To address these challenges, we've designed a small pineapple processing line that streamlines the entire workflow from raw fruit to finished product packaging. This system integrates peeling, cleaning, air drying, and packaging into a single, continuous process.
Applications:
1. Fruit factories producing canned pineapples, pineapple juice, or dried pineapple snacks.
2. Fresh-cut food suppliers providing ready-to-eat fruit packaging for supermarkets.
Working Principle:
1. Small Fruit Peeler: Starting with automatic peeling, the machine efficiently removes the outer skin. Unlike manual peeling (which often results in irregular cuts and fruit loss), this machine simultaneously performs six functions: peeling, cutting, core removal, slicing, separating, and color preservation. It's a "six-in-one" machine (you can select any of these functions). It automatically detects fruit height, thickness, and flatness, making it highly adaptable to irregular fruit shapes. The peeling blade automatically tracks the changes in the fruit's shape, minimizing fruit loss.
2. Spray-type bubble cleaning machine: Peeled pineapples are transported on a conveyor belt before entering the cleaning stage, where the machine uses aerated water and a circulating system to clean the fruit. This gentle cleaning action protects the pineapple flesh while effectively removing dirt, pesticide residue, and microorganisms. An optional sterilization step enhances food safety.
3. Air drying equipment: After washing, the pineapples enter the air drying section, where strong airflow quickly removes surface moisture. This not only improves the appearance of the product, but also prevents bacterial growth and prepares it for packaging.
4. Packaging equipment: Finally, the pineapples enter the packaging system. Depending on customer needs, the line can be connected to a tray sealer, bagger or case packer. This automated step ensures that each pineapple is neatly and hygienically packaged, ready for retail or bulk distribution.
