Feed Pellet Machine

The feed pellet machine is a type of feed granulation equipment. It takes corn, soybean meal, straw, grass, rice husk, and other materials as raw materials, and directly presses them into pellets after crushing the raw materials.

Scope of Application

The feed pellet machine is widely suitable for large, medium, and small-scale aquaculture farms, grain and feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, individual breeders, small and medium-sized breeding farms, as well as large, medium, and small-scale feed processing plants.

Features

• Simple structure, wide adaptability, small floor space, and low noise.
• Powdered feed and grass powder can be granulated with little or no liquid addition. Therefore, the moisture content of the pellet feed is basically the same as that of the material before granulation, which is more conducive to storage.
• For chickens, ducks, fish, etc., it can achieve higher economic benefits compared with mixed powdered feed.
• Processed with dry materials, the produced feed pellets have high hardness, smooth surface, and internal ripening, which can improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
• The pellet formation process can denature the trypsin inhibitor in grains and beans, reduce adverse effects on digestion, kill various parasite eggs and other pathogenic microorganisms, and reduce various insect infestations and digestive system diseases.
