Overview：
Automatic Tube Filling And Sealing Machine adopts 12-station design and is suitable for all kinds of folding pack for metal tube. It can easily pack the plastic tube and the metal tube by replacing the moulds and parts. It is an ideal equipment for ALU tube, plastic tube and multiple tube filling and sealing in cosmetic, pharmacy, foodstuff, adhesives etc industries, and it complies with the standard of GMP.
Features：
It is equipped with high grade operation screen with LCD display and PLC control, which offers easy operation and more humanization. It can achieve stepless speed adjustment, parameter setting, count&pressure index outputting and failure display.
This machine can execute tube supply automatically, make photocell register, fill inert gas (optiona1), fill and seal material, print batch number and output products finally.
The High prevision photocell register can reduce the chromatic aberration scope.
Adjustment parts external in position, position digital display, convenient and accurate adjust (suitable for variable products producing)．
Mechanical, photoelectric electric, pneumatic integrative controlling, reaches no tube no filing function: it will make warnings if tube positioned wrongly and when pressure get over 10w, it will automatically stop while open the protective door.
