Pultrusion process is an advanced technology, which has the feature of high effectiveness of forming, automation and by which unsaturated resin,rovings can be made into a new kind of compsites.
√ Definition By puller‘s press, the reinforcement (rovings, continuous strand mat, surfacing mat,etc.) moved throughout the resin tank, and fully soaked by the thermosetting resin, again into the preforming die. The resin shoud be cured for the function of tempreture and hardener. Finally, the FRP profile, with the chracteristics of smooth appearance, stable sizes and high strength, to be out continually from the die.

√ Preforming die Preforming technology is mainly reflected on the making of preforming die. preforming die can unify the matrix material and reinforcement into some of shapes and sizes, finally,guide the composite into the forming die.
Forming die: After the materials go into the forming die, they are decomposed intensely because of the hardener and tempreture. Forming die can control the shapes and sizes of cross-section and surface smoothness.
√ Tempreture, speed and formulation
Tempreture, speed and formulation are the three key elements of pultrusion process, so they will seriously effect the process. So, the changing of three key elements will directly effect the forming process and quality of products.
