By the way, we have developing a kind of hard material to replace some products of tungsten carbide. The hardness of this kind of material is about HRA 89, and the TRS is about 2400. It can be made drawing die, heading mold, insert, blade, sealing ring, wear part, bush, nozzle etc. We used it to replace some fresh carbide products perfectly. The density is about half of tungsten carbide. The density is about 7.0. It means the same weight as tungsten carbide products, but the quantity will be double. Hope it is interesting you.
