Automatic defoaming centrifuge for glue

1. Summary:
The shell and door are made of metal. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, low noise and high efficiency. It is widely used in the electronics and chemical industry, especially in the dispensing process.
The machine can be used in the environment temperature of 5 ~40 C, relative humidity not more than 80%, no conductive dust around, explosive gas and corrosive gas, this machine is I equipment according to GB9706.1 requirement.

Two. Principle:
The needle tube containing the glue is placed in the slot of the turntable, and the motor drives the turntable to rotate rapidly. The relative centrifugal force produced by the motor effectively separates the air (the called bubble) contained in the glue pipe, so as to avoid the air point (leakage point) or other bad conditions in the needle pipe caused by the bubble, and the relative centrifugal force is taken in size. It is decided by the speed (this equipment can be stepless speed regulation).

Four. Structure:
The structure of the machine is simple, the door and the shell are made of metal. The rotor is driven by the motor directly. The shock absorption system is made of advanced structure and processing technology. The electrical control system is simple and easy to operate.

Five. Operating procedures:
1. machine control panel, as shown in the following figure:

2. before use, check whether the knobs on the panel are in the specified position (that is, where the power is on the off position, and the timer is in the zero position).
3. the equal amount of glue is placed in each tube, and the needle tube is placed in the slot (to avoid uneven weight and dissymmetry, and to make the machine vibrate during the operation).
4. fasten the glue syringe, cover the machine cover door, then turn on the power switch.
5. rotation time knob to the required time (set time).
6. rotary speed control knob, turntable start operation, tachometer pointer will indicate the actual speed.
7. when the turntable is running to the set time, it automatically decelerate until it stops completely, and the tachometer pointer returns to zero.
(Note: when the turntable starts running and running, it is strictly forbidden to extend the hand or any other objects into the machine so as not to cause injury or damage to the machine!

Six. Note:
1. please read this instruction carefully before use, so as to avoid misoperation.
2. put the machine on the sturdy and smooth surface.
3. no items can be placed on the cover door, so as not to affect the use effect and safety of the machine.
4. one end of the plug of the power cord is inserted into the instrument, and the other end of the plug is connected with the outer grid socket.
(Note: when the machine is not in use, please pull off the power plug connected to the external power network. )
5. before use, it is necessary to check if there is any debris in the machine. If necessary, it should be removed in time.
6. after use, clean the turntable and machine to prevent the glue from being damaged and solidify and damage the machine.

Seven. Warranty Description:
1. the machine is half a year's warranty. If the warranty is due to human factors, the machine will be damaged and the factory should repair and meet the appropriate repair cost.

Nine. Transport and storage of machines:
The 1. centrifuge is packed in rain proof, damp proof and shockproof, and is firmly located in the packing box. The user does not allow the packing box to be inverted or thrown or hit violently in the handling, so as to avoid damage to the machine.
2. if the machine is not used for a long time, the machine should be packed according to the requirements of moistureproof and shockproof, and it is stored at -5 C ~40 C, the relative humidity is less than 80% of the non corrosive gas and the well ventilated room.
