The two plastic products are grips of different shapes, are double-colors-formed by injection machines.The black part is made by PA6, and the gray part is made by the TPE of 60 degree, it has the adhesive capacity with PA6.The product will not be separated by any force.The appliance of injection molding machine and the procedure of injection molding are very strict.In the second formed, the interstice is only more or less 0.05mm to the first formed.At the same time, it won't let the first formed product damaged in the second formed.
