This universal battery charger can charge virtually all Lithium-Ion/Li-ion batteries for your consumer electronic equipments such as  mobile phone, digital camera, camcorder, video camera, etc, no matter what brand it is.

Instructions:

-  Setting:  first adjust the charger metal connector space according to the distance of battery positive pole plate and negative pole plate, and makes sure the battery and metal connector in correct connection.  The TEST light is On when the polarity is correct.  Please swap the polarity to make the TEST light On.

-  Charging:  connect the charger to the AC power source, the CHarge light is On and flashing when the battery is charging.  For those bad condition batteries or batteries haven't been used for a long time, the charging light may not be ON, but the charger is already charging the battery with low current and trying to repair it.  The charging light will turn on when the battery is repaired.  For those high capacity batteries, this repairing process may take 1-2 hours.

-  Completion:  battery is 85% charged when the green FUL light is slightly ON, and fully charged when FUL light is ON
