Zhibo Pyrolyzing and Gasifying Incinerator:
the equipment is as following: the wastes will be pyrolized and gasified with the absence of oxygen inside the furnace and the produced smoke gas contains combustible ingredients such as CO and CH4 etc. This equipment has seen its wide applications in Western Europe and North America in recent years. Compared with the reciprocating row furnace and fluidized bed incinerators, this incinerator has witnessed high combustion efficiency, less tail gas discharged and less dust discharge. Having successfully operated in China for many years, this equipment has outstanding advantages;
Main characteristics of Zhibo pyrolysis incinerator:
The pyrolytic incinerator (primary zone oxygen-absent type incinerator) is applied with advanced pryolyzing and gasifying technology and provided with real-time monitoring and control for the combustion temperature and waste treatment process by the PLC/PC; the equipment may be equipped with computer human/machine interface for the operation and PID control, pressure control and frequency conversion control, which may contribute to the high degree of automation, easy operation and low operating costs;
Full mechanization and automation is used for the operation; the wastes are allowed to the incinerator without need of sorting, screening and shattering; no supporting fuel shall be added after the equipment is in normal operation;
The specially designed feed system may enable the wastes be evenly distributed inside the incinerator;
The fire grate is fully capable of shattering and discharging the fire slag and glass tubes etc. The use of excellent fire grate protection technology can ensure minimum deformation and friction of the grate at very high temperature in the furnace chamber, which can extend the service life of the equipment;
The incinerator is divided into drying section, pyrolyzing and gasifying section, high-temperature incineration section, combustion completion section and cooling section from top to the bottom. The incinerator body is protected by water-cooling walls for protection by the high temperature and the reasonably distributed temperature makes the running of the fire grate safe and reliable; the wastes may be completely burned at the high temperature zone with low heat of the combustion residue to 2%;
The incineration of the wastes is carried out separately at both primary combustion chamber and secondary combustion chamber; the chlorine-contained organic elements produced in the primary combustion chamber may be completely decomposed and oxidized into small molecule compounds in the secondary combustion chamber; moreover, the secondary combustion chamber does not have the conditions for formation of Dioxin, thus avoid the produce of Dioxin;
There is only limited amount of dust contained in the smoke gas from the primary combustion chamber and the secondary combustion chamber also has the function for dust collecting through cyclone; after treatment of the tail gas ( high-temperature incineration, rapid cooling of smoke gas, efficient filtering and absorption by activated carbon etc.), the dust contained in the smoke gas is far less than the environmental discharge standard;
Use of wet type slag discharge to ensure no dust pollution at the work site;
Volume reduced by 80% -95%
Such advanced processes including self-heating type pyrolysis, premixing combustion of fuel gas and utilization of the waste heat that are used may reduce the energy consumption and costs to the minimum.
